Policy and Procedures

Please be sure to read our full policy before scheduling your appointment. A booking confirmation confirms that you have agreed to the policy below.

All services must be paid in full. If you are looking for finance/payment options we offer SEZZLE, Buy Now -Pay Later option. 

**DUE TO COVID-19 WHEN BEING SERVICED CLIENTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO WEAR MASKS IF SERVICE PERMITS AND LIMIT TALKING TO A MINIMUM WHEN NOT WEARING A MASK. IF YOU DISPLAY ANY SIGN OF ILLNESS YOU WILL NOT BE SERVICED. Temperature will be taken upon entering your home or suite**

We are an appointment-based mobile and in-office spa. Please remember communication is key.

You will have a 15-minute grace period before you are charged for a no-call no-show.

Cancellation Policy

We all agree, time is our most valuable asset.  In the event that you need to reschedule/ cancel your appointment you MUST reschedule/cancel before 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time you WILL FORFEIT your session.  This also applies for any reoccurrence of rescheduling/ cancelling should you purchase a multi-session package.  If you No show your appointment you WILL FORFIET that appointment. 

No shows will be banned indefinitely and charged 100% of the service price.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.


Example: 
Client purchases   Lymphatic 10 Session Package: Includes 10 sessions 

FIRST APPOINTMENT: Client needs to Cancel 2 hours before their scheduled appointment.
This is within the 24 hour period and the Client will forfeit a session.

 

SECOND APPOINTMENT: Client cancels again within the 24 hour period. 
Client will forfeit another session.


*The 10 session package has now becomes a 8 session package due to client not adhering to cancellation policy*

Groupon

GROUPON VOUCHERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS

 ALL GROUPON VOUCHER APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED UNDER GROUPON VOUCHER TO AVOID BEING CHARGED REGULAR PRICE!! GROUPON VOUCHERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS

 A 2.7% service charge will be added to all credit and debit card payments made at the time of services. Please be prepared to present proper ID when using a credit card. If taking a class with us, remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY the day of class. When scheduling please schedule by the hour or half hour. Your appointment is subject to modification to best fit my schedule if appointments overlap with other appointments, so please check your email 24 hours after booking to confirm that no changes were made to your appointment.
